Response
UK GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions.
Rights are not absolute. Riera Studio may retain limited information where required for tax, accounting, security, disputes or legal claims. If Riera Studio acts only as processor, the request may be referred to the business that controls the relevant workspace.
For account deletion, signed-in users can also start the verified process from Account settings. Sole owners must choose whether to transfer ownership or request closure of the workspace.
